Feeding kids isn't always as simple as it sounds. It's also hard to instill self-confidence in our children while working against external factors, like cultural biases that can undermine body confidence and lead to an unhealthy relationship with food.

This session will give you tools to implement positive feeding dynamics and discuss and unlearn harmful biases around food and body sizes.

Together, we will explore how we live out the Jewish value of b'tzelem Elohim that all humans are created in the image of God even when it means swimming upstream in today's culture.

Diana Rice, RD, LD (she/her) is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and the founder of Tiny Seed Family Nutrition. She is active on Instagram at @anti.diet.kids. The conversation will be moderated by Aaron Flores, RDN (he/him).
